This is Mei, an assassin who is half leopard, half falcon demon, and was not technically supposed to be born. She uses many weapons and, since her father abandoned them when her mother decided to keep her, only knows how to control her leopard form and the little she managed to learn of her falcon form.

The wings aren't usually out, and are generally just wing like marks on her back, like a tattoo.
