Heh heh, well, I really should have written up a proper comment.. I've noticed your artwork is always very vibrant when it comes to the colors. This one's no exception, but I like how they look a bit more 'muted' in this one, which goes well with the military theme of this one. The greens of the uniform and feathers, along with the red ones still keep it 'bright' though. You did a great job on the balance as well. In too many images, it seems one corner or side is loaded with more color or light then the other but you did a lovely job of keeping it equally distributed, Something I'm sure wasn't very easy, but your choice of keeping the shading on the same side as the overpowering white light-source on the right, is offset by keeping the brighter colors on the opposite left side.

Lastly.. the black background, worked into the angular lines on the top and bottom, really added a lovely touch when it came to framing this one in, making it a lot more interesting to look at then just a simple black outline around the whole thing. Nice work. :)

Heh.. most don't. And if you try to focus on it, you can curse yourself. Basically, "You're a natural", or have an eye and instinct to know what goes into a really good image. Best to just trust your instincts, and to continue doing what you're doing.

And, I'm sure I'm not the only one who thanks you for sharing what you do with us all. :)
