Just a humble fan art about the main villain from Tegerio´s http://www.furaffinity.net/user/tegerio/ comic "Zandar´s Saga" Randall the skunkelf
I just feel like drawing him becuase he´s one of the most coolest and funiest at once villains i ever saw in a story.
Usually he appears in the comic as a crazy looking character doing funny faces most of the time, but im sure behind all that funny expressions this is his most inner true self, a maquiavelic and manipulative being with a huge greed for power.
here we can see him enjoying his rise to the power in the throne room where the leftovers of ancient battles for the power and control of the Faerie kindom took place.

Hm, i can´t recall it right now, it´s a folk tale from western or central europe?
The fog effect was mostly for give to the picture a more gloomy and sinister aura atmosphere, since it´s know that when a negative or evil energy surounds a place it usually becomes cold
