I was obsessed with lizards as a little girl, I kept begging my mum if I could either get a horned lizard or a leopard gecko xD

Well this kid is a high end chewie, but you can get some around the $300 range if you look hard.

Cresteds are nearly as soft and are just a tad bit smaller. Wonderful pet species, need no additional heat or lighting.

And they're just plum cute.

My dream little squishy soft thing to keep and feed would be a Fire bellied newt (which I would so name Nugget), a Great crested newt, or an Axolotl
they're so squishy and wiggly

Man several of my friends have been getting Axolotls and .. my so tempted to get one or two

they're so sweet. they need their own tank though (other fish try to eat their gills, the pink frilly bits on their heads, which kills them), and they're a little difficult because they need an even temperature and a lot can stress them out (bright lights, currents from filters, tank being changed a lot, too much activity outside the tank) and stress can be a death sentence for them. that and they have a habit of swallowing rocks from the bottoms of their tanks >.>;; silly things

Cresteds are now Correlopus ciliatus, along with the Sara's. Apparently there are two types of cresteds now- ciliatus and belepensis being a possible sub species.

I guess it doesn't matter that you can get offspring from them. However to my knowledge all are male and infertile, like mules? so ?? SCIENCE!

Okay I have right around.. 13 crested eggs, 44 crested geckos (15 I'm baby sitting), 1 chahoua and 3 african fat tails.
Depending on if I can move some babies, I'll pick up more chahoua :d

Oh yeah several of 'em have crazy ass blue tails! I am slowly just adding various morphs to my collection but man. They are too cute. EYELIDS!

Just gotta save! And become a gecko hawk.
I'm finally at a point where I'm breeding enough quality animals that I can sell and buy up or trade.
