Really cute, I like all that's going on in here. Great work on the wolves, they look grand. :)

Small thing I noticed, your chair and couch in the far bg, it looks more like part of the wall. I'd show a little bit of the feet, or bottom of them just a little before the wall. That way it looks like it's still on the floor but in the distance a bit. I would also add some mop-board to the wall as most houses have that. Make it looks more complete and shows more contrast between carpet and wall. :)
