This is dreadfully pretty and more adorable than it has any business being. I really like your choice of inspiration for her avian features - using a more urban species of bird makes her feel more at home in a 'civilized' setting like a city. The details and lines on her face and hair are very suggestive of a blue jay, and her big, bright eyes are simply hypnotic. I like her casual attire - the loose purple hoodie and jeans are a cute combination for a bird girl.
