Notes to recognize:
Seven spines on the neck is a reference to the seven vertebrae in the neck.
The new "bearded" scale design, symbolizing his "aging" into adulthood.
(when i reach 18 He'll be complete adult lol )
The bearded look is achieved by taking keeled scales and extending the keel away from the snout, thus creating a point or spine.
These "quills" are used for grooming purposes and are only found on the cheek and mandible (stopping at the beak) areas.

For future Reference:
Ic's crest is flexible and muscle-controlled. It usually lays flat while he's in public, yadda yadda yadda.
The crest is shinier than all of his body, reason is that the crest is used for attracting mates. (usually with a "flapping" motion)
His scales, in the dark or shady areas, will have green overtones to them. This is a camouflage mechanism so he can hide in the water and in land.
