This, ladies and gentlemen, is Titus. He's a basilisk (more in line with the Harry Potter universe version), which is why he's wearing those welder goggles. He can see perfectly fine through them, but it gives him greater control as to when to use his 'death stare' ability.
Titus is not one to be taken lightly. He is quite a skilled and deadly opponent, and strives to destroy Luni and everything he holds dear.
