I had a lot of time for drawing this forme, but I had quite a lot of trouble, since I only drew Bowser three times (at least) in my life. My bedtime approaches, so I have to upload another prototype.
Either way, this is my Royal Koopa forme (distinguished from the Koopa minions), in celebration of Bowser Day. The hair is actually based on a picture I once saw on the Koopatorivm.
There is not much I can say here with just the lineart. Just wait until I make a full version tomorrow, please.
