this is Amamizu from Rosey's rp. Yeah I like the name Amamizu it means falling water. Anywho here are the stats. btw this is a what if Sailor RP. What if Sailor Stars ended tragically.

Alias: Nami Kisaragi

Human Form:
Hair: A very dark blue up in pig tails held together with bells.
Eyes: Green
build: she's short about 5' even and thin. her eyes are thin so she keeps them closed
Outfit: Her outfits are actually a multitude. From jackets shirts and skirts to jeans and tank tops.

Other Form:
Hair: Light blue and very long
Eyes: Grey
build: same height
Outfit: She wears a skin tight blue leotard-esque style outfit with a skirt attached to it. On her legs are holes in the outfit in the shape of raindrops. She wears lightblue arm warmers with holes of the same pattern. She holds a light blue wand in her hands with rain clouds on it. On her head is a joker style hat with two tail ends that have bells on the end.

Facts: Amamizu is actually one of Professor Tomoe's later experiments. Though she was a failure and kept aside. Amamizu was considered a failure because she never awakened. She didn't have the will to. Not only that but her main goals weren't the same. Destroying life wasn't what rain was supposed to do. Amamizu's awakening was triggered by the fight of the legendary senshi Sailor Galaxia herself. Amamizu's empathic skills felt Sailor Moon's sadness. This was the main trigger for all she felt was cold anger and people who killed in cold blood. She forged her own birth certificates and files as Nami Kisaragi.

Amamizu's powers: Amamizu can create rain and she can jam signals. She's also a high level empath.
