I needed to get some progress made on LaF last night and inspiration was lacking, so I thought it I just relaxed, stopped trying so hard and just wrote, whatever came to mind, I might get something flowing. I don’t know if that worked but I ended up with about half a page’s rambling and this guy. A new character was probably the last thing I needed-- another lanky canid at that-- but I don't even care. I think it may have worked too; wrote a bit for LaF earlier and it felt pretty natural again. I’ll try some more soon. Regardless this was a lot of fun, as was writing the start of his story even if I don’t know where I’m going with this mangy scavenging creature.

Anyway this is Emperor. It may be a silly name, but like he cares. He’s cool with it. Everything about him is still very much in the works, and some details may change. His hind dewclaws are the incredibly pointless little things held on only by skin that most dogs who have those tend to have, and they’re overgrown.

I really love this character, and hope to do more with him in my free time.
And he is creepy looking when I neglect to give him pupils.

I also forgot to fix the tongue color on the full body pictures oops. Sorry for the handwriting; I jsut sor tof threw this together for my own use and didn't really think it through before posting :U

Oh and the small text next to his leg reads "missing carpal pad"

The reference to "albino eye" on the sheet is something I may change too. When I worked in a kennel there was a dog there that was said to have albino eye despite being of normal pigmentation elsewhere, and I certainly did see her eyes do something strange on one occasion in bright sunlight, but I can't find anything when I try to research it.
