After having a great time at Furfright 2007, I thought I'd dig up some photos showing my Roxikat fursuit from spooky to not as spooky. I found the Confurence East '95 highlights tape and yikes! That thing was held together with safety pins!
The following year found me in a purple latex catsuit that would burn your eyes clean out (CFE 2 '96), but I made the foam hair and wore that jawless creepy thing until 2002, finally receiving my new head commissioned from Scribblefox.
MFF 2007 will be the last appearance with the present look. I'm finally commissioning a full suit from G at Artslave.biz after 12 years of fursuiting. Wish me luck!

And the funny part of that is that to this day, whenever someone sees Roxi at a convention, the first thing out of their mouths is always "they get bigger every year" because it was deemed permanently true back in 1999 or so. It's like a hypnotically conditioned response.
So cute! I remember seeing a clip of Zig Zag and Roxi trying to tell a convention audience about an award they won, but couldn't due to censorship, which made poor Roxi cry, on account their microphones had a censorship chip installed in them, with the voice of James Earl Jones.

Purrrrr through the years hun ya look great :) *snuggles and tiggylicks* Me and frost wanna get lots of pics wit ya before ya do the big commission.
BTW I'll be hosting the femfur photo shoot this year since Zig is unable to make it. I'm gonna have it on sunday evening in the lobby after closing ceremony's.

I was curious about the Scribblefox head. It looked darker at MFF than when you first got it in 2002. I will say that your neck will be much happier with a lighter head. Cant wait to see the new you. (I was the leopard fursuiter in MFF's headless lounge).

My friend JR and I painted the old head in August to better match the bodysuit and get the hair closer to the way I wanted. It's great to chat with ya again, Kat! I'm glad to finally get to know more suiters. MFF was a great convention for just meeting people! G aka artslave also has an FA page at http://www.furaffinity.net/user/artslave/ I don't think she has a gmail acct though! Mine is roxikat at gmail.
I meant which convention did you see me at? I was at two conventions in 2008 so far. One was called Further Confusion 2008 in San Jose, California. The other was called Furry Weekend Atlanta in... Atlanta. In Georgia.
For someone to be propositioning me in this manner, I have the right to be curious about which convention at which I might have been seen.

Oh cool! I definitely saw you in fursuit!! Your design is so striking and I'm really glad there was a flash of you on the Pittsburgh local news where they were giving us a warm welcome. You're definitely a gorgeous character! Can't wait to see your full firebird suit at Furfright. :)
