Put these together last night! They're just simple wire-wrapped earrings.
The feathers are crow, but I'm not sure what the striped feathers are from. (Found in Washington, can anyone tell me?)
I'm going to try making another pair before Friday, because my Aunt is taking me to an Abney Park concert! You guys have no clue how stoked I am. XD
The earrings are being shown off by Murtle, the turtle skull I bought in Seattle! (I look for odd souvenirs, haha.) If anyone might be able tell me the turtle's species, that'd be awesome too.

I was thinking soft shell too, but I don't know much at all about turtles. xD
Not sure that they're grouse, I haven't seen any around. There's mostly ducks/geese, seagulls, jays, crows, eagles and I've heard that there are barred owls around too.
I am! It's very nice to get to know a totally different environment than what I'm used to.
