and set it to "multiply", and color on a layer underneath it. The magic wand should work well for selecting the body to color within, just use the transparency (strict) setting at about 245. I'm sorry I can't make the base a little easier to use, I'm not very good with that sort of thing.

Of course, you can edit the lineart to your heart's content!
