Looks pretty good, there's a bit of a perspective issue with arm that makes it look like she could possibly be pointing behind her, other than that it's a solid draw. ^^ the arm is an easy fix anyways, just lower the elbow, bright it a bit closer to her, and realign the hand gesturing to her mouth.

Don't get too bugged by it though, lines are lines, and it's really just perspective. It's still a great drawing for being a quick draw, and don't let my criticism wreck your motivation to draw. Just do what you want to do, and be comfortable with what may look like a mistake. If you want to fix it to get better, then go ahead, but don't fix it because someone says you NEED to.
After all, it's just a few unusual lines, not a big deal.
