not really, i mean there's several ways to do multi-limbed characters and del had a ref for the specific way she wanted his done.

I can't imagine multi-limbed characters are easy. I heard the pro-artists like Michael Whelan and Joe Jusko talk about doing the multi-limbed critters for Edgar Rice Burroughs' "Mars" books way back when.
