I made this tiny spot illustration to spread the awareness of White Nose Syndrome. http://www.fort.usgs.gov/wns/ It may look cute but its a VERY serious fungal infection the bats of my area are suffering from. The fungus effects not just their nose, but the rest of their body. And soon spores get inhaled to their precious little lungs and..... :(
We can cut down on spreading this to bats by not splunking or going in caves. We carry the spores to them.
