Salmon Teriyaki
Recipe:
1 tbs butter of margerine
2 tbs water
1/2 cup teriyaki
2 tbs honey (or corn syrup/maple syrup)
Salmon
-Preheat oven to 400°F
-Grease a baking dish and arrange the salmon in the dish.
-Put all the ingredients into a microwave safe dish and microwave until butter is melted. (about 1min)
-Pour the sauce over the salmon.
-Bake until salmon is flaky (about 12 min)
The sushi rolls are just crab, sticky rice and seaweed. The rice is....rice. And the sauce is from the salmon plus some soya sauce.
Really pretty isn't it :)
Octopus Hotdogs
...i LOVE this so freaking much.
Recipe:
-heat a large wok on medium heat
-Pour water into the bottom of the wok
-Add in whatever vegetables you want. Chop them to whatever size you like.
I chopped up onions and sautéed them first. Then I added broccoli, carrots, baby corn and bacon (yes i know bacon isn't a vegetable, hush)
-Start boiling the water for the ramen noodles.
-Cut a hotdog in half and then make two cuts in a X pattern on the bottom.
-Cook the hotdogs and ramen noodles together.
Once the vegetables are cooked enough to your taste and the noodles are finished throw the noodles into the wok with everything else and mix it all up.
-Add in ramen spice
-1 tbs oregano
-1tbs thyme
-1/2 tbs garlic
-1/2 tbs cinnamon OPTIONAL
Put it all into a bowl and enjoy :)
**Try your best to not use any oils. If the water boils out of the wok just add more.**
Chicken Curry presented on Rice mound
My Cooking
Recipe:
-Boil the chicken until completely cooked
-While boiling chicken heat a frying pan on medium heat. Pour in 1/2 can of Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/2 a can of Half and Half cream.
(If you do not have Half and Half cream use milk...if you dont want to use milk then use water.)
-Add in curry powder to taste once the soup and cream have been completely mixed together.
-OPTIONAL: Add about a tablespoon of Ranch or Caesar dressing.
-Add in the chicken to the frying pan and let it sit and mix in with the curry for about 3 minutes of more.
The rice is fairly straight forward to no need to explain that.
To make it all pretty like in the picture pack the rice into a small bowl and then flop it onto the plate. Then pour the curry sauce over the rice from the middle and then top it all off with the chicken

Candy Bacon:
