This was my contest entry for CrispyCh0colate's AVA Tournament 2012, Round 4. The theme was "video games", and the game I was assigned to was Alice: Madness Returns. I'd never played it myself, but I recently watched quite a few playthroughs of it so I could get the feel of this picture right.

Very creepy, morbid game, but I actually like its twist on the Alice in Wonderland genre/series. It's hauntingly exciting... especially because for some utterly odd reason, I've been craving the adrenaline rush from being scared- despite being a very naturally skittish person. I must be going crazy or something.

But of course, we're all mad here, aren't we?

I drew my fursona as Alice Liddel, holding the white rabbit plush she so dearly loves, as she is lost in a mystical mushroom forest. Hope you like it!
