Inspired by a HPL roleplay scene, mostly done because I had no actual reference of Melon. So yeah, posting this boringly, flat colored and whitevoided picture because fat dragonite with tits and bellies.
Ruby being the picky, snob whore. Now with blondie hair with red highlights because Ruby.. red color.. blablabla.
Melon being the more actual funloving one that participate in immature shenanigans of other LLs, usually acting as the voice of reason before everything goes to hell... and having huge tits because other nickname because I doubt any parents would name their child Melon for any reason, let alone if she ends up with mildly large boobs.
Then Portia being... Portia. Originally was
graythirteenth's Dragonite a long time ago and now she's slightly bigger than she used to and being.. still her. Crouching Ditz, Hidden Genius type that loves flowers that are delicious.
Myeah, dragonite fatties women... with boobage.
My futile attempts at personalizing them seems more and mroe frustrating; tattoos, hair, altered colors seem to not do anything. I think I'm starting to see everything as the same due to the furry fandom's sparkledogism.

Because you said "She's shy about being so big" instead of just saying that you thought she was too big by yourself; you projected your emotions on her as if she was truly thinking that. That's projecting your thoughts and feelings on others, despite they might be thinking otherwise of the same situation. I was just pointing this out since it seems to happen with you about my characters a bit. I might be overanalyzing, but I'm just wary. x3
It's like you know asking certain things can annoy me but still do it instead. Yet, you don't try to ask in notes to discuss it more properly and instead post it in comments. I'm tight about characterization, I admit, since I spend a lot of time developping my characters, but I'm still open for discussion if it doesn't clutter a picture that has zero relation to it, be it for a trade or other such relating to what exactly the pic is about.
Melon's descriptionon the HPL mentions it, although I never drew Melon beside her original picture back when HG barely came out. xD; Ruby has one on her right butt cheek too, since I tend to view tattoos as one way to make character s abit more personalized.

I think you can improve their personalities by giving them certain traits or maybe preferences, and try to reflect them when you draw them. (reminds me of that Zoroark...)
Anyway, it's still a good piece IMO, better than what I can do lol

Ruby is 8'6", for any quick pointers. Portia is around 11-12'... for more pointers.
And it's not their personalities; I have that actually quite worked out, I just rarely share the information since nobody seems to read it anyway when I did. :I It's their physical appearance I'm trying to break out of "Just being BBW versions of Pokémons". So far, hair, tattos, piercings and such were the only more permanent body things I could think of outside of slight color tone variations and such.

Yeah, I remembered when you drew your HGSS team... most of them got different piercings/tattoos; it's pretty good actually.
Just my suggestion, I think you can play with bodily traits; for example, a Dragonite with a comparatively shorter "antennae" thingy, longer/stubby tail, you decide.

Oh wow, I had no idea Portia had gotten even bigger! What have you been feeding her?! XD
She looks awesome though, and I think the subtle differences in all of the dragonites paint them as individuals really well. Totally used you as an inspiration when designing my Lapras girl since I wanted to give her hair and stuff. <3

I didn't realized she had gotten so much bigger myself when I compare her to when I first drew her a few times. XD It's all those LL vitamins and additives to her training. BC ..and flowers.

Ruby was mostly dash's idea, which fitted her well in the end. It sounds like a mary sueish name yet, she tens to be aunlikable whore. *pops*
Melon is just a nikcname that, according to her backstory, was just her big favorite fruit when younger but, meta speaking, is because of tits. Her real name is actually Rita. Of.. just a name. :B
