Super cute kitty though. As for anthros with regular animals, I find its a situational thing. The only time I tend to find it kind of weird is where you get worlds of "well we have normal domesticated animals...but because this character is a predator species, it means they are going to instead eat the sentient prey ones and not the domesticated non-sentient things." XD

Kenichi has a pet Field mouse, but i dont see a problem with anthros owning pets myself.
Id figure they would get along better, especially a feline owning a feline, but i have wondered, would you be able to understand one another?

In my opinion it has to do with the "Anthros as evolution of the creature." thinking, which is why some worlds sorta adjust such that only certain creatures are anthroed, and sometimes other creatures take the changed creatures places(ie, reptilian livestock).
