Titanium Tiger is a Russian bodybuilder and owns a gym, but he moved to the US, and open his gym there too XD
but he had a secret, he has Super Strength, yes, thats it, all muscle
when seen that there are heroes there he thought he'd get out there and show off his stregth and when he seen Wolf Moon lift something heavy, he had to be part of the team and he did, he is a good guy, he likes children like The Watch Retriever and he also likes to call his partners "Conrads".
The others where glad to have him part of the team, but one problem is LoL, he like to show off his muscles alot, when someone feels bumbed out, he flexes for them for them to feel better haha and when he greets his conrads is his great and friendly bearhugs, well Titanium doesn't know how much strength he's using XD
