A quick and simple tasty snack

Ingredients

3/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp water
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups quick cooking oats
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Glaze
1-1/4th cups milk chocolate
1/2 cup butter scotch chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Directions
In large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars untill light and fluffy
Beat in eggs, water, and vanilla
In small bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add flour mix to creamed and blend well
Spread into greased 15-in x 10-in x 1 inch pan
Bake at 325 for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned
Melt chips and peanut butter for glaze stir until smooth then spread evenly over warm bars
let cool completely before cutting
