One major part of Raleigh's character (which I'm always incredibly fascinated in touching on) is his love/hate relationship with booze.

Raleigh's father was a an irresponsible, yet charismatic drunk who was always more interested in his own desires rather then his family's needs. This obviously left Raleigh holding a heavy resentment towards his father.
As an adult Raleigh desperately fears becoming like his father, yet shares his father's love of alcohol. So a lot of the time he's torn between his love of drinking and fear/guilt over turning into his father.

So yeah... picture of the specter of Raleigh's father figuratively
(and I guess in this case, literally) hanging over him.

Also, some blue colors. I don't work a lot with blue.
