I've been hankering for a skull critter to call my own, but never quite felt inspired enough to make one up, so when I saw this one for adoption by  mintchip I nabbed it. Haven't yet come up with a name or even decided the gender, just been calling it skullpuppy for now. It will probably always be small in stature, and possibly only in my badge/toony style to allow for the "bone" detail, but I like it, and it saved me a helluva lot of trouble on the design aspect.

Updated: Is now named Atira (which is a feminine name but since the character will likely stay a puppy it will be sort of unisex) I chose the name because of the song I Was A Prayer by Alkaline Trio, I went searching for names meaning something to do with prayer... "I am waiting til there's nothing left, I'm a prayer, all you see is breath, I am empty, I am skin and bones I'm a ribcage. Well I'm out the door with apathy and I'm coming home with sympathy. I am realized, I am shamed, I choose to stay here..."
