This is the the oldest in the Slendermen brothers, his name is SlenderGent.
The tree goes like this: SlenderGent--->SplendorMan--->SlenderMan---->TrenderMan(he looks youngest)
Anyways SlenderGent is wearing a monocle, and he uses that can to bash peoples heads in, but he always cleans up after himslelf, thats just what gentlemen do.
