Woowww I can't believe I can cross this off my to-do list finally. I am in love with it.
There are 64 suckers on the arms, and 42 spots all across the body.
The person who commissioned this item was the same person who commissioned the pangolin. She just loves giving me repetitive tasks.

Oh hmm, it's always hard to figure out how many hours things take when they're spread out over days/weeks. This one, I started a few weeks ago and I made all the arms and webbing, plus the little eye bits, which I think took 2-3 days. Then I went out of town for awhile, didn't take this with me because I knew it would take more concentration than I'd have, lol. When I got back, I think it took a day to do the head/body, another day to do all the suckers and sew them on, and then another day to do the blue rings. An average day, I start working on crocheting in the afternoon - evening, and work until I go to bed, which is sometimes into the wee hours of the morning. The sucker and blue ring days were extra long days because I really wanted to get those "steps" finished and not drag them out into another day.

This one was a commission from last year, but I loved it so much, I started making a second one that I'll probably put on Etsy when it's finished. I work on it when my queue is empty - an arm here and there to wind down an evening. I think right now I have the main body and four of the arms made.
