It' s a beautiful piece. Though, try not to overwork yourself. I' m starting to feel that I' ve been too much into drawing lately and my hands are slower and stuff... :/

I really feel like doing art, but I just shouldn't do complicated line art like this on my tablet, I just suck...

so you can't line on the tablet... you can do so much more with pencils and paint... real artists are harder to come by now days you know...

I guess you should make up your mind about what you want to do or not.

But don't throw away the nice things you just feel like leaving. Because one day you' re going to want to finish it off, and you just can't. Except if you start over.

And trust me on this: starting over on a good image, always ruins the image AND your mood :/

it does I guess at the moment, fgrustration. But i think it's better to start a new piece instead of trying to spruce up old images endlessly

Oh but I' m not talking about endlessly. Just that once or twice :D

Oh, wow. That's barely short of breathtaking. Even without color or background, it speaks volumes. I love her expression and body posture. It's so relaxed and calm. Her hair is very nice and the random little trinkets accent her detailed and extotic clothes, which support the implied setting.

And I think I figured out what's so alluring about your heads- They have so much depth and balance, and they're able to maintain a sort of natural feel to the muscular contortions while supporting a wide array of emotion.

Rhis is lovely.

There can be genius in sketches, especially for those of us learning. The finished work is wonderful, but it is also helpful to see the skeleton of stuff going on.

When you are wonderful, even what you see as the so-so stuff is still a great help. I guess what I'm trying to say is, whatever happens with this particular piece, Thank you for sharing it with us.

*smiles a little* I really like it the way it is too, I just felt I would just mess it up the way iw was goinmg, I simply need to do traditional art for my lines

Wow, Foshu that looks really great! Look the little idea of carrying her snack on her hip rather that by paw, hehe, interesting that they have shops in the woods but eh, your the creator, hope Sae continues to pop up in your arts, she's 'preeeee-ty' *smiles and eyes, then blinks seeing that he was seen* I um....was just looking....*nods nervously* ...yeah, at the mice! So, I have kind of a nublet question, if you don't mind... why do the base sketch in green, and then start drawing overtop in black? Is it just because it's easy to edit out the green color later so the original sketching isn't seen in the final piece?

no I need like, any colour at all to do a sketch, if it's black or grey it's hard to tell which are the inking lines and what are the sketch line sat some point

Do you mind if I ask, have you taken classes and stuff for art, or are you all self-taught?

I had art classes at high school I think helped... that's been just basic anatomy and perspectives and shading as far as drawing goes
