I roomed with Mr. Bernal at Further Confusion in 2000 I think it was. A dedicated man who went out to the Dealer's Den to sell his wares and come back to the room to just crash. I could have learned more from him had I talked with him more. Woulda, coulda, shoulda indeed. I recall him distinctly asking me one day what he thought would sell more, pin-ups or spooge. Given how Sexy Fur turned out, we can guess what my (And probably others whom he asked) response was.
Really enjoyed the interview.
Similarly, I began coming across his work on file sharing sites and imageboards, but later bit the bullet and got an account. I also had the pleasure of doing a collab with the man and gotta say it's still among my favorite collaborative works. One of these days I'll have to get myself a copy of the book because it's in there supposedly.
