Ooh~ Shall use this as reference when i draw underwater pics xP
And hey, just a friendly artist to artist thing~ How bout you add a tint of blue into Rad's colours to let him blend in with the background so that he looks like he's underwater? :D

Actually he wasn't even supposed to be underwater, it was standalone artwork I felt I needed to throw a rushed background onto. Also if you want to know how I did the water trick, it was simply using highlights+motion blur at an angle repeatedly
