Well basically in my character's universe, (circa 2089) Transformation serums to become animals is a recreational drug, used primarily for pleasure, but also military use. Its kinda like the new-era Tattoo. Its a very BOLD statement for your faith in humanity when you're walkin around with fur, paws and a tail! XD
These serums are frequently used to spice up sex life, attain animalistic skills, or just to walk around and have fun!
