I think L is my hands-down favorite. That gracile form just has an alien, ethereal look to it. Add the extra arms to that, and I think it would just click.
I also like K, if you're going more for the Cute Little Bug rather than the Exotic Alien Insect. Really, I could see the two as individual variations within the same species.
F, G and H look like ticks. Bleah.
and B. is just all wrong.
A and D are too human in proportion, too "guy in a bug suit". M has very human proportions, but carries them better. I'd lose M's four-leg design, though;
hourglass can tell you just what a nightmare it is to make those hips make any sense in any kind of of pose besides Stand There Stock Still and Don't Think About It. Those are GREAT feet, though.

I'm a bug guy. I like bugs. :>
These are my first impressions:
A: ant-like and humanoid in nature - rigid, orderly, efficient. stiff, but civil - not very common in nature and this species would be more likely to reject nature. good spacefarers - could either be a keeper of peace or authoritarian.
B: water bugs are more likely to evolve this muscle-man swagger - they probably use them in displays of dominance. but I don't really like how brittle his upper arms look, it doesn't fit as well.
C: very close to the ground - possibly highly intelligent with the tool-using appendages, but their tech would look radically different in this design. claustrophobic, I imagine. they seem like a better mechanic, as a crawler, able to perch over a panel or get into confined spaces.
D: good design for a locust, but not so much a beetle. like the design for A but a bit more war-like with the spurs.
E: economical design, like a pygmy grasshopper or leafhopper. short and frolicsome - kind of trickster-looking with the upright posture.
F: I think this design is pretty funky and kind of cool, with the insect legs dangling down. an uneasy being on the ground, like a deer. spends more time on the wing and lights its own path.
G/H: these are more like junebugs and the bigger beetles - gentle giants or roughnecks. clumsy seeming.
I: where the piss is I? :P
J/K/L: J is unusual. kind of ... curvy? all three are heavy tool-users and thinkers, there's nothing else to do with four arms. K is polite and charming. L is lonely which is very much the beetle life - solitary until it's time to mate, really. the thing I like about L is that the thorax blends naturally into the abdomen which is a good take on the terrestrial insect body plan.
