1.Worldmover rocket, no warhead. Instead, upon impact, the rocket burrows into the target and grows extra thrusters until such point as it can move the target. It then proceeds to push the initially impacted target at least 300 meters, growing more thrusters to deal with new resistance. Advise not firing at the ground.
