So uhm is this further poking fun at those who think that anime, the words "kawaii, baka, chan/san, ramen, pocky, uguu", and the foods ramen, ramune, pocky and sushi make up all of what japan is, or is it just a silly comic with a cartoon cat doing silly things?

Both. I am annoyed by Japanophiles that do all that stuff, and I enjoy making silly comics. XD
