Guardian says, "Enough of this blabbin', let's start stabbin'"
I like this a lot, especially the way the iconic look of the guardian and her shoulder-mounted panda is offset by the extremely cute expressions and poses of the two pandas on the ground, both of which have wonderful looks about them. You really captured the "I am being petted and loving it" look for the one, and the other is super funny and appealing in its goofyness! You were wise in the use of a limited palette, it establishes atmosphere wonderfully. I could go into a lot of elaboration on how the picture seems to have overtones of the meeting of spirituality and earthlyness, but that girl's eyeing me kind of harshly and that spear looks pretty sharp so I better run!
Great work all around, Shahla! :3

Well since you replied, I wanted to add something else! I also loved the subtle sun-dappling or reflected light dappling you put on the laying-down panda's face! Why on Earth you'd hate this piece, I can't even begin to guess. But then again, that's what being an artist is all about: Nobody else knows for sure why you hate your work! ... Wait... Okay that's not what it's ALL about, but it's a bonus of being an artist.
Oh gosh stop you're giving me feels, you're too kind! ;u; But thank you so, so much <3
Hahaha yeah, being able to see where you went wrong is definitely a big part of being an artist :) And the fact that not everyone can see the flaws you know are there can be pretty great ;D
