Flying to/from conventions is always really fun for me, especially since I never check any bags, and hence have to carry Alec's head on separately as my "personal item".
I love the reactions I get. People stare. People gawk. Some ask questions (ie "What kind of mascot are you?"). Some people just smile, laugh or give a thumbs up. Overall, the reaction is almost always positive.
I always love the conversations that are started. Everybody's so curious and wants to know what the deal is with this guy carrying around the wolf head.
