Her beautiful character called Bansou Bourei. I like his design a lot - and I hope that I haven't changed it much, I wanted to draw something fitting him, but he doesn't look as melancholic? Sad? as the original here. I hope you'll like it anyway.
Watching "Anastasia" before drawing it wasn't a good idea. :B Rasputin was too cool, I had to draw something villain-like.
