This is a "goofy" commission of Tujah, the Itanta-Quargon hybrid character of 
7luckz. I believe Itanta are an alien race from a webcomic named Intergalactic Truckstop (http://its.the-comic.org/)? Ah, I wish people would remember to tell me this information right off the bat so I wouldn't have to look for it! Of course, I could just not say anything in the descriptions...
