What a cute ratatta. ^.^
I was always upset that my ratattas, no matter how well trained, could never be truly formitable until evolved. It always seemed unfair to me, that Pokemon (the TV series) encouraged trainers not to evolve their Pokemon, and yet if you play the game, one quickly finds it statistically neccessary. -.-;
