Either way, this is a little in-joke from a mod called DayZ which is for a game called ArmA II. There's an infamous blue minivan which we always seem to acquire for not very long, but always end up mowing down people in it. After mowing down 3 players I decided to draw a quick little sketch of the thing for a laugh.
