actually, my main-use program is called MyPaint, which is easily googable and free ^^ (yay free stuff~ )
I'd say about 99% of my current work is done through there really, tho I will sometimes use photoshop cs3 (but this is usually only for tiny touch-ups, cropping, re-sizing and stuff like that only)
