Nokiru dosent have quite the list that I have for Zairene, but these 4 characters are very influential to her overal character none the less.
I was asked by Slasheredge (DA) what inspired me when drawing my characters. I gave him an example using Nokiru, but then that got me thinking more about. So I figured I'd use this meme to explain her inspirations more definitely

The only treasure hunter in Uncharted that's as charasmatic as Nathan Drake. I enjoy her playful, flirtatious banter. Regarding Nokiru, it's not so much about her appearance, but Chloe's personality, much of which I'd like to implement into her own.

As for Kasumi, I like her character in regards to her martial arts. She's very nimble and fast when attacking. She'll be a major influence for Nokiru when I need to pull off a fight scene

Like Kasumi, her fighting style's very fast and in your face. Nokiru and Noel are very slender and agile. I do enjoy her outfit design, it's form-fitting but it allows her to move around without any issues, something I had in mind when desiging Nokiru.

This bony badass is the biggest influence for Nokirus design. I would like to think that's plain to see XD
Plenty of black and blue, and long hair design, for a very mysterious appearance.

Those are the big 4. There are others, but most of them are similar to these so I just focused on these ladies.
