The charm of Luiza is that no matter how she dresses, she has this amazing ability to make anything look good, no matter how odd it might seem! That's the fun thing about her--she can do it with a smile, and never show a look of regret.

Yet another amazing commission for  luigi-vaporeon, and one of those pictures I honestly thought was going to flop!
