This was a highly the true story on OKINA.
on how her mother were.
No names has given to the twin.
the story is that during the Robotnik invasion in
"Gigen Rock" ( see Sonic rider Zero gravity)
Lost and separated , never know each other were alive through the end.
there was one more panel near the end to tell how their child live up to.
of course Okina was an Orphan, meaning she was abandoned.

in future art I will try out a origin story on Okina`s life.

Another funny fact why Angeline .... she has similar features.
"Pointy nose , triangular eye shape , black hair , "big body features"
