This one I drew a while back for 
ShenHibiki because there was an art trade we were supposed to do and due to circumstances beyond my control, I lost the comic I was working on for my half of that trade.
That, and I figured he wanted something more... cheery of Wishy Washy to prove that she wasn't completley downtrodden by being accociated with Ponies...
