This will probably be the last you'll hear from me until after Everfree.

Tossing this up as another example of what you'd likely get if you ask me for a sketchbook sketch. I also plan on giving the original to  dustykat when I see him at the con, so I had to scan it in tonight.

The picture itself requires a little background info. Earlier this year when the My Little Pony toys were the Happy Meal pack-in, Dusty really wanted a Cheerilee and wasn't having any luck.  Jurrel got one for him, but it needed transport. There was a twitter post or two related to how I (the transporter) had kidnapped Cheerilee and was holding her hostage. That inspired a little mini story wherein Valden, in full Snidely Whiplash mode, had captured and trapped Cheerilee in a cellophane bag. Overhaul saves the day by delivering a hoof to the snout of Valden and rescues his filly.

This picture is the epilogue, after Overhaul discovers that even his manliness isn't enough to defeat the plastic prison that Cheerilee is locked in. So as the credits roll, Overhaul trots into the sunset, dragging his beloved behind him.
