Had this character since over a decade ago as to what I deem the very first especially if I had it as a scalesona, had I known the fandom and been a user at such a young age. Been through this idea since 2001 but never legitimately got around to it before.

He's a character I've had since Aug. 2001, last decade+.
Finally got to draw him, and quite legitimately so. This format was smaller and jpeg compressed, so it finally worked after much frustration of uploading the larger forms.
This is cel-shaded, unarmed, and only one-view type.
