Solid anatomy! But itooks like the hand has a condition I call "anime hands"—where the shapes of the fingers become thin and aren't based on reality. They may be close to real proportions, but they still fall flat. Be wary of working from something that is not reality—this CG model is someone else's artistic interpretation of life, so consider that when copying the idea. As a whole, the time you spent drawing has paid off, so enjoy this!
Lighting notes:
Right now, the eyes are the most detailed part. That's a pretty normal thing, but it also makes everything else seem unimportant. Keep in mind how light bounces off of different textures. Right now, everything could pass as the same texture. If that seems like an overwhelming task, make your reference black and white, and then squint while drawing. It may catch mistakes early-on, like the inconsistent lighting on the hand.
Thanks for asking for critique! Any questions?

only things i can ask u is, if you have any hompepage/books or other stuffs where i can learn it ? Sometime I think its a little bit easier to learn something if you have a teacher or something like that.
And what is a CG-model ? o.o

The best thing you can do is studying lighting from life. That being said, James Gurney released two books on lighting that are excellent references.
CG-model is a computer-generated model, like Lightning's 3d model seen in this image. :)
