I've been prety quiet for a while now, artwise - its partly because of my laptop going kaput but also because I have been working on a set of large commisions! I was asked by a very good friend of mine to create a series of posters for an Airsoft Site they are hoping to establish. The images here tie in with the plot for thier main event 'BioHazard'. So far I've created one for each of the factions.
This image is my favorite one so far. It depicts Biomach Security doing the rounds in a rural village within the quarantine zone.
"We live in a world which doesn't care for our survival, as Darwin put it simply 'Survival of the Fittest', Mother Nature favours the strong but even lifeforms as strong as ourselves have weaknesses; Cancer, HIV and AIDS, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome and many more of the horrific diseases that Mother Nature constantly throws at us as we make the journey through life. It is our hope, our dream here at BioMach that we can make our mark on Mother Nature, to show her that humans can and will control our own destiny, our own journey, we will break the barrier and be masters of our own domain." - BioMach European Headquarters Grand Opening 1986, spoken by founder Phillip Salleford
