Ya know.. I never found him annoying. He's no where near as bad as Navi

I concur with this. He only chimed in when he needed to give you information, as opposed to Navi would would constantly remind you how to progress the story.

heh indeed. and he was usefull to you for the abilitys he gave you and as an optional reminder if you stopped playing for a while. and Minish cap is my fave of this style zelda game.

He definitely was not annoying, but he certainly would have if he put up with me. I spent half the game doing exclusively Kinstone matching stuff. I imagine with the fate of the world at stake, he would be miffed that my priorities were a bit different from him.
